As part of its ongoing commitment to customer support, today TransLanTech inaugurated a new product registration and warranty system. All Ariane Sequels now ship with a warranty card directing our customers to a new warranty registration form on its web site. Entering the unit serial number and date of purchase activates the twelve month warranty.

"I hope that those who have older Sequel units no longer under warranty will also take advantage of our new system so that they can be sure to hear about firmware updates and other breaking news," said Jim Huste, managing director of TransLanTech.
